Thank you for reading my post.
I have been reading some mailing lists and i saw some very good diagrams in term of drawing tools used in them.

I don't think those in particular look all that great, but beauty is of course in the eye of the beholder.

OmniGraffle produces very nice-looking diagrams, and has plenty of IT and computer libraries for images and patterns available. It's OS X only, though.

I find that VISIO is an option, is there some other tools too ?

Yes, VISIO is practically the industry de facto standard for computer architecture diagrams. Or at least, it was until Microsoft acquired VISIO corporation in 2000.
