Flex 3 charts in Flex 2

I want to use Flex 3 charts in my Flex 2 application.
Is there any hack available like copying chartxxxx.swc in my flex 2 configuration?
Flex 3 is in its beta only. I am unable to find live cycle data service for flex 3, even beta.
I have to integrate Flex 3 chart's Data-Label in my application, flex 2 charts do not have this feature.
Any help?
