Anybody having any information about logic behind stream cipher algorithm written by Alexander Pukall.

Why don't you try cryptix or other Java open source crypto software.

Bcos I want to encrypt in java and decrypt in c++ or c cryptix is not useful for me .

Why isn't it useful? They have both Java and C++ libraries.
