i have a webapp on oc4j , with struts ...
i'm interrogating a novell ldap server ( ldap queries)...
i need some kind of caching , to improve performances ....
some suggestions ?!

LDAP should be read-optimised and shouldn't cause any problems.
Have you checked where the performance problem is occurring? It might be in connection to LDAP to itself and you might just need a simple connection pool.

already have a connection pool , still not satisfied about performances ...
(it's an application with a high number of accesses /second )
so, we thought to try caching too ...
some idea?!
