I'm developing a web app, and have some data that needs to be encrypted. I was hoping to find some sort of package of framework that I could easily integerate with hibernate. Does anyone have any ideas?

Is this the right place to ask this question?

The Java API for encryption is called JCE, and a number of helpful links about it can be found in the http://faq.javaranch.com/java/SecurityFaq

What do you mean some of the data? You should use SSL/TLS for connections from the client to your webserver.

The java crypto libraries have all you need to secure.

They don't solve key management, which is something you have to engineer.
