I got 56 out of 59. The questions were much clearer than I expected from the mock exams, where my scores were lower. It paid to take a second look at code fragment questions and see if I missed something important in my initial answer. For me, the most useful study guide was Sun's list of exam objectives. I read most of The Java Programming Language, 3rd edition (Arnold, Gosling, Holmes), re-reading sections as needed to get to the level of the exam objectives. I used other sources for AWT stuff, which I haven't had a chance to apply yet.
