I took the exam this morning and cleared with 71%....didn't kickass but didn't expect to either.
So I was wondering....what are my options now - I want to go sort of horizontal....meaning I want to focus on something other than the developes/architech exam. How about the Java Oracle exam? Anybody have any input on that?
Wouldn't the programmer's cert and the Java Oracle cert be a pretty good sell?
I was looking at jcert.org, but information there isn't very well organized.
I'd appreciate comments.

Congratulations Sameer
You could also take a look at XML (check the forum). Don't know much about Oracle so can't comment.
Would you please read the Name Policy and re-register using a name that complies with the rules.
Your cooperation would be appreciated.

(Jane....errm...I tried chaning my profile, but the editing functionality isn't very friendly! Do I have to create a new profile instead of being able to edit the one I already have??)
Ajith....yeah I know of the developer and the architech exams but I want to go a little horizontal....I'm thinking of the Oracle Java cert....there's just so little info on this exam. I looked at Oracle's site....there's very little info there too.
But i'll check the XML board too Jane. Thanks for that tip.

Sameer , you can not edit your existing registered name. You have to reregister yourself with proper first & last name. We will take care of your previous account.
