Hi,
I passed the SCJP exam with 94% in Feb,24.I'm very satisfied with the score. The exam is easier than what I expected. But you must be careful because there are some tricks.
I prepared the exam with only one book ,that is "complete java 2 certification study guide" written by Simon Robers,Philip Heller and Michael Ernest, which is really a useful and excellent material for preparation. Thanks to the three authors. And the biggest gratitude should give this site ,javaranch, the best site for scjp ,and specially thank to http://www.javaranch.com/maha,
who do great collection. Thanks ,maha.I take 7-8 mocks of them. I think the three Marcus Green mocks are very similar to the real exam. The difficulty level is very close to the exam.I got almost the same score in the three mocks.
Talk about my programmer experience , I have over 10 years programming experience with C language but not C++ .I have studied Java half a year ago , but haven't enough time.I prepared the exam for almost one month. I think it's enough to prepare if you have programming experience.Sun just want to test the most basic language feature and won't confuse you.
Thank again all your guys. Hope the following all guys can easily pass it.
