My suggestion:
1. Each day, speak to yourself seriously that "I can make it!!", or "They can make it, I can make it too!!!".
2. Try 1 hour to classify two to three Mock Qs, which have a little tough and include nearly all objectives, into different Qs types.
3. Review all of those thread, inheritence/overloading/overriding (Class/Object/method), IO Qs.
4. Review Exception, collection, shift, util, loop ( 'if' inside loop) take no more than 4 hours.
5. Don't forget do some exercise: stand still and widen your feet as your shoulder, swing your hand from front to back end (more the better). Or, Up and Down to bend your waist(no more than 30 a time). Or, stand-up and raise your hand, then do circle from up above your head down to ground to twist your waist (clockwise and anti-clockwise, any combination, each do 30 to 50).
6. before the test, make sure you don't need to restroom and you don't hungry (otherwise, take some Choclate). When you step inside the envir, take a few deep breathing to keep calm.
7. Be focus on each Q, read as fast as you can but don't panic when you are confused with some Qs, just let it be and mark it. always measure time with sense. Mark Q when necessary even just a little doubt. Sometime, answer with wrong answer might be the best strategy.
8. Others, there is no way to worry, we get lost this way, there is another way waiting for us to go, anyway, isn't it?

Stephen , Calm down & relax. Don't take ant tention. It will create problems. The more calm you are , the better it is.
Keep your mind out of worries. Just concentrate on the final goal & work hard on that. You will come out with flying colours.
All the very best For The Exam.

Stephen,
The best advise I can give you is be calm which I was not. Whenever I saw more than 10 lines of code I was panicking and anything I read did not get register. Then I said to myself I have to be cool, and started reading the code and it made sense second time.
The exam isn't that difficult as you tkink. You can make it. Good luck.
