It's Tuesday the 20th, I'm taking the exam on Sunday the 25th. I would GREATLY appreciate advice from any of those who recently took the exam. Imagine it's Tuesday of your week of the exam...but you know what you know now....what would be your Tue-Sunday preparation? (I just finished the Java Cert. Book by Heller, Robets, and Ernest & Exam Cram)
I really appreciate it....I have read many of the comments already listed, such as take as many mock exams as possible, and that the test focuses on the fundamentals(of course) as well as a great deal of I/O and Threads.Oh, and don't use quotes in your answers-very helpful!
Any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to e-mail me directly with actual copies of the exam. (Just kidding, please don't flame me.):-)
Thank you for your time!

i'm not qualified to answer your post b/c i haven't yet
taken the test,.. however,..
from what i've heard while lurking on this message board,
i'd practice reading and understanding code samples that
are longer than 8 lines of code.
i gather (from this board) that folks get used to small
code snippets in the books they study from and then get
thrown off when they see longer samples of code on the exam.
good luck roger. let us know how it was, once you make
it to the other side!
