Hi all,
I sat the exam in Manchester England. There were 59 questions and 120 minutes to do it in. A lot of people say they had loads of time but I felt a bit rushed....maybe im just thick
Heres how I did it:
Time: 2 months preperation, about 1 hour every day. a bit more on the weekends (hardly any java experience)
Books: Complete java2 certification (roberts and heller). be warned...it wont be enough on its own. start on the mock exams on the cd a couple of weeks before the real thing
websites: javaranch, jchq. the mocks listed on these sites were a great help. i didnt bother with the simulators.
java.sun.com use the javatrail, save buying a general java book
software: java sdk...the more coding the better
good luck chaps
Joe
