Hi Friends!
Today morning I cleared the test with 96%. Got 57 questions right out of 59.
Thanks to javaranch team for everything. Without it, the things would have been much, much more difficult. And special thanks to the moderators of Forum for Programmer Certification.
I, kind of, mugged entire RHE, plus I read TIJ by Bruce Eckel. JLS was a great help. Even if you dont feel like reading the entire stuff, do go through the examples listed there.
I am in UAE right now, and if someone wants guidance regarding SCJP, I would be glad to help.
Just one more thing, how do I go about preparing for Java Developer exam? Also, I would like to land myself a job in java programming...any help will be appreciated.

Thanks Sailesh, Thanks Pratiti
Of course I'll be around, Sailesh.
Pratiti, the questions can be tricky at times. So, read them carefully. Be very careful about questions with loop constructs...i.e. for, do-while loops...I almost made a istake there.
Threads is another topic which can cause headache during the exam. But if you are thorough, nothing to worry.
I am sure you have taken as many mocks as you could. If not, you still have time. I got a lot of questions very much similar to what I'd done in the mocks. And don't worry about what you get in mocks.
So I think, thats it. All the very best, Pratiti
Ciao
Pankaj

Congratulations Pankaj, on your great score!
I wish you all the best in you Java career.
To receive an answer on your SCJD question I would suggest you post it in the developer forum instead.
Happy coding!

Congratulations Pankaj,
That's a really good score.
There's one thing I'd like to ask.
How good are the mock exams in compariison with the real thing.
I'm getting 70-85% in the mocks(e.g. Marcus Green). But I heard the real exam has a lot more I/o and stuff.
Is it so??
