First of all I'd say focus on the Programmer Certification Study Forum, it is full of others studying for certification and some folks who have passed and want to help out.

Another thing, this forum is really for people who have taken the exam, for them to share their successes and if they havn't succeeded this time, to have people encourage them not to give up. So stick to the study forum and maybe the
Java in General Beginner and Intermediate forums for now, they will offer the most help.
Also don't forget to take advantage of the search facility in the forums, it can be very useful when you're looking for one particular thing.
