dear all friends,
I am really delighted be Sun Certified Java2 Programmer. Feeling great to get 98% score. Missed one question, but no regrets!!! You won't believe if i tell i make mistake in question from language fundamentals.
Although i have not been an active message sender, but by reading the queries at this site was a GREAT GREAT help! It really helped me in speeding up my preparation and saved a lot of my time. I am really thankful to all of you. Otherwise it would not been possible for me to be so close to cent percent.
I got 92%, 93%, 90% in marcus green exams. They were really helpful.
Got 88% , 94% (average of 11 Tests) and 96% in diagnostic, practice and final tests of J@Whiz. I will say 3 mock tests from marcus green and 11 tests from j@whiz were more than enuf for me to evaluate myself.
Studied almost every chapter of RHE and Threads chapter from Exam Cram.
Please dont take Threads and IO topics loosely as there were lot of question from these topics. Devoted more than 5 days just on these topics using Exam Cram and Customization Tests from j@whiz. Found many similar questions in the actual exam.
Veenas Notes were also great for quick revision just before the exam.
Pl give extra time to study the construction of various File classes from io topic and Synchronization concept, Runnable Interface from threads topic.
Also one other area which was dominant in my exam was Method Overloading and Overriding. Do clear each and every concept regarding these.
For me the difficult question were from Casting and conversion topic. Gave lot of time in the exam to these questions.
Sorry for my running english. But i think by sharing this, i have helped people who helped me a lot.
Once again thanks a lot for your help and ALL THE BEST for your exam.
Best Wishes
