Hi Guys and Dolls
I made it , after 3 months of on and off studying I got the courage to go for it and passed. Now I feel reliefed. I found the exam easier than what I expected. I had a lot of questions on the following
Inner Classes (about 5)
Threads (6-7)
Files (about 5)
AWT+Layout+Events (about 4)
etc...
Well I would like to thank Maha for the exam links provided and all the Java Bartenders , the Sheriff, and all the people who have got their SCJP and participate actively on this site.
It is a very good site. Keep it up.
As a study guide I used Mughal+Rasmussen , the Velmurugan notes and a couple of other sets of notes found on the net..

I will pop up from time to time to help others out ! I promise !!

I work and the Exam has been paid by the company I work with thus I had to study whenever I had the chance. I read the book and then made a couple of exams including the Marcus Green Mock Exam 1. Then I went on the net including this site and read 3-4 sets of notes and looked a lot at the forums. In the meantime I used to do a lot of discussions with collegues which are preparing for the same exam. WE used to fight for hours and hours. In the last week I worked all marcus green mocks and a lot more tests. In all I think I worked more than 1000 or 2000 questions ( some repeated ). This helped me a lot because a lot of things that you find in questions you won't find in books. Try the questions you have doubt with ... I can assure you that it is the last 2 weeks that you will realize that you are really prepared.
Regards
Jonathan
