Hi, I am a SCJP at last. I owe my thanks to all the ranchers. Your tips were very useful. Especially, Maha Anna's resource page, tip on how to remember i/o constructors etc., I used Rober Heller et al, and Vel Murugan's notes as my main study sources. JQ plus was a BIG help. I was familiar with most of the questions, thanks to JQ plus. The questions seemed easier to me than those i practiced with jqplus. I think i missed one question because of an ambiguity, like interpreting the inverted 'v' sign. Does it refer to an XOR operator or 'raise to the power' sign? The context of the question was so convincing for both the options. I revised twice after finishing the exam in one hour. REVISION HELPS. I corrected quite a few mistakes. Thank you all once again, ranchers! Malli.

Jane, Farooq, Leena and Ashik, Thank you all for the wishes. Ashik, since I am a newbie, I am planning to get some experience with open source projects. I would like to learn some more - like JSP, XML etc., Could anyone suggest some hopeful combinations to study for an entry level java programmer in today's market? Thanks, Malli
