Congratulations Eric!
Do you remember if there was any question about GridbagLayout? I was told only Flow/Border/Grid are in the exam, but I have seen lots of questions about GridbagLayout in the mocks..
Thanks!

congratulations also to Ashik Uzzaman for clearing SCJP..

Thank you everyone for your nice wishes..
Have anyone any suggestions on where should I go from here?
Should I try the SCJD or should I try to learn different topics?
Would IBM Certification for XML be a good thing for a career move?
I'd really appreciate if you have any suggestions..
Thanks again..

Congrats Dear Eric! what a score man... ..gr8
I agree with u that JQ+ is one of the best resources available. And of next career move....i checked my local VUEs and IBM's training centers, they r not able to take this exam in my country.. . I think it's good enough specially if u try Java XML Programming in future. But i don't know ur background so no general comment is applicable to ur interest. But u may try Sun's SCWCD exam....as in my opinion Sun is promoting it more than SCJD (SCJD is not also appearable from my country now ).
If u try SCWCD, u have to go thru Servlets,JSP,Design Patterns, Advanced Server side threadings and many more....so if u prepare for it u'll be able to work for an E-commerce or Business Solution Provider. I think these topics r covered with practical project in SCJD exam. Despite that current market situation may tell for SCWCD first as it's the latest. But i agree with Michael Ernest that when hiring programmers a business should look for a Java Programmer who knows the language fundas (i.e. SCJP) not one who is an SCJD,SCWCD as on-the-job training will make them eligible to do the rest.....
Comments on this from ranchers r liek my breakfast, launch, dinner with a shampane to me .....cheers...
