Hi I have read some where that you can't use the logo on the company business cards, if you work for another company other than your own. Can someone shed somelight on me?
If you want to use only words which phrase is correct?
Sun Certified Java Programmer or
Sun certified Programmer for Java2 Platform
Is there any ristriction on how to use these phrases?
Thank in advance
Padma

Padma,
Try a quick seach above using "logo". There are some recent discussions on this subject.

I'm looking at my agreement now:
1) You may use the Logo only on your personal and corporate business cards, resume and personal stationary to identify yourself as a programmer who has met the requirements of the Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform program.
2) You may not alter the logo in any way....
etc.
3) You may not alter the phrase "Sun Certified Programmer" on the logo.
4) The logo may not be the predominant feature on your persoanl or corporate busiess cards, resume, or personal stationary. Must appear smaller than your name and personal information...etc
Those are a summary of the first 4 basic rules about the logo. There's a few more things, but these are the main ones governing use.

Hi All
Thank you for the replies. But I got an official mail from sun stating that I can't use the logo on the business cards when I am working for another company.
Thank you once again.
