I have passed with a remarkable score 61%! Don't you find it?
I was not ready but I was informed that my contrcat will not be continued, and marked urgently an exam
I did find everything on Internet (not a penny spent), I was preparing for 1-2 months
I did not ask questions (and really I have found a lot of answers just reading javaranch) and already did not have time. I have accumulated a list of some hundres questions, thinking, in vain, that the list would soon start to decrease but it is still growing.
I was surprised that exam required quite a lot of memorized things?!
I have read that exam will be well worded. But I encountered 5-6 ambiguous questions and one completely incomprehensible. Then I read in my SCJP2 site's FAQ that it is a policy of Sun to put some ambiguous questions (but I was not prepared to it) to check how you cope with it
QUESTION:
I wanted to ask already for a very long time:
how smb may check that you are a really SCPJ2. Since there is no free access to my Sun's database score, anybody may use it and it is impossible to check

I suppose the easiest way to prove you're certified would be to produce your exam certificate.

???
Where did you read this, can you give a link here?
5-6 ambiguous questions???
In fact, I believe Sun's policy is to remove "any" ambiguity from the questions, if you're really sure aboout this, you can mail it to Sun.
Congrats and all the best for the future,
- Manish

Manish,
thanks for congrats. This is the first I saw from javaranch. I think it is more hard to receive this result (in difficult circumstances), than 94% when you are completely prepared.
Every SCPJ2 has a web-site with a result
https://www.galton.com/~sun_ss/login.idc
There is an entrance FAQ. It was said about a Developer's exam but after my experience I understood that it is general attitude. Here is a quote from that FAQ (by the way you may judge yourself this clearness by also this the question-answer, quite embarassing if not to be ready):
///Start of the citation
Question:
I'm working on the Java Developer assignment and want to ask some questions.
Answer:
There are ambiguities to the exam in order to allow you latitude in how you solve the problem. You are being tested not only on your knowledge of Java, but also on your problem solving ability. If you are uncertain of how to do something, document heavily in that section. The main idea is to ensure the project works, and to document the choices you have made.
/////End of the citation

Ashik,
some questions are 2-3 pages long. Having just 2 min./qs, it was enough for me to loose 20-30 min per completely incomprehensible qs. and answers not related to qs asked.
I remember it perfectly, though I am afraid to break Sun policies by citing it here.
I just was not ready to undeliberate incoherent qs.
Candidates should be just ready giving up 2-4% (or more), in order not to loose everything.

Ashik,
just read your link, not all but just the beginning.
OK, I didn't want to complain, but I also have something to say.
The network did not fail, during my exam, but I really was irritated why first half an hour of my exam, there was individual explanations of the format of exams, etc. Why it was not done before the time countdown?
WHY SUN/PROMETRIC DOESN'T CONTROL THIS.
Even after first introductions, there was a people passing by the room, entering, exiting, using periodically PCs, etc.
I paid my own money, not like the others, have not got the grant or financing... and what is more important, as I am a foreigner here, I have never experienced earlier such attitudes...

It is not a pain as far as all ended by a "pass".
Usually I consider all pains as experience, but this time that was rather unexpected, because I had been quite sure about better result.
