Hello all,,
I am appearing for sun certifications next month.
I am very weak at Threads, and operators and assignments.
I have referred through the book " Complete Java Certifications 2",,
Will this entire book and the mock exams help me??

Yes.. study the book and do a lot of mock exams.
if you score high score on mock exams like 80 or 90+
i say you are ready. For higher score on the real exam
you need to get 100% on mock exams. But depends on which
mock exmas. Some are harder than the real one.
Hope this help.

Just posted it in the other thread, posting it again for you -
JQPlus is commercial mock exam tool, you can try and purchase it at - http://www.enthuware.com/jqplus
It is supposed to be harder than the real exam. If you are new, I suggest you visit Maha Anna's page and read the info abt resources, mocks etc there. Visit JavaRanch often, that'll help you a lot.
Good Luck,
- Manish

Hi Sonir,
You are giving SCJP next month,
so this is the right time to buy JQPlus,
Buy jq+ soon at www.enthuware.com
i would advise you not to use it just as a testing tool,
but as a learning tool, revise each chapter from the book you are using and then give test on that chapter from jq+.(understand each and every word from the text book,if you are not able to do that, post those statements at javaranch-and you are assured to get excellant explanations)
After a test ,it is not important what your score is,
but what the explanation is for each question.
(understand the concept behind that)
Any small doubt, mark that question, and go through explanation carefully.See to it that next time you see that question, you should get it right(not because you have got the answer rote, but because you know the concept behind it).
All the best,
regards,
leena
