lost my patience

Hey
guys,
i passd my scjp2 by 8/11/2001.but even after more than 8 days my records are not available in database of CertManager.
on 16/11 i sent them mail also ,but till now there is no reply.
so, what do u suggest?what should be my next step?

The prometric center where u took the test should be resposible for communicating with Sylvan and SUN. Tell them to mail troia or some other one now resposible with your exam details(ID,Name,Date etc...) ....

thanks for ur valuable suggestion,but there should be some reply from CertManager also ,as i e-mailed them 2 days back.
