I sent the contract agreement to Sun for about two or three weeks, but i still haven't gotten any response yet. I don't know what's going on? What should I do? Who should i contact with?
If you guys know that, please give me a hint.

I would say wait another week before seeking out a way to contact them as I have read about many people waiting up to 5 or so weeks for suns info.
