I haven't posted here before, but had to share this. This morning I answered 36 out of 59 questions on the exam for exactly 61%. In the last 2 minutes, I changed around 5 answers, which I assume save me. What a sqeaker. :-)
This was my first attempt at the test. I read the Thinking in Java book, and Brogden's ExamCram book. Luckily, I found this site over the weekend. Thanks Marcus Green. I took Marcus's first mock exam, and the mock exam in the back of the ExamCram book. Also used the JavaRanch applet ... it's hard enough to learn java without the frickin cows. :-) I definitely needed to spend more time taking mock exams.
Anyway, thought I would share the laugh. Maybe I should be in the category "barely certified". :-) Anyway, good luck to those trying to pass the exam. If an old Powerbuilder programmer can do it in a couple of months, anyone can. :-)
