Congrats Mark! Congrats.
Well, from an employment perspective, the Web Component and Enterprise Architect might be better I think.
But then money is not all there is to in life.
I am going after what I find more interesting and more suitable for me .... J2ME and JCE.

Hi all,
Thanks for the kind words. Ive decided to go for the Web Component Developer certification next.
Vikrama,
To prepare for the exam I used Michael Ernest et als "Complete Java 2 Certification Study Guide". I read through the first thirteen chapters, making summary notes on the information contained therin. Then I attempted to commit these notes to memory. For pass paper revision I used Marcus Greens sample papers as well as other papers recommended on Javaranch.com. Finally I worked through a book called "Java 2: How to Program" by Deitel and Deitel, completing the exercises at the end of each chapter as well as typing out the examples.
Good Luck!
Mark

Hello Sonir,
Unfortunately I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the JQ+ mocks for revision for as you can see from my previous message, I did not use them for revision. I didnt use them because I didnt know about them! However I strongly recommend using Marcus Greens mock exams, I felt they were very useful in testing and increasing my Java knowledge. Id also recommend using the Cattle Roundup applet available on this site.
Thanks,
Mark

Sonir Shah: I used JQ+ and it helped me to get a good percentage.
I even use it now and then after the exam to refresh some topics. The explanations are very good.
