I just passed the SCPJ2 exam with 88%. Many thanks to JavaRanch community and other valuable web communities.
Here is my experience I'd like to share:
1.Read R&H, Brodgen's, and Thinking in Java 2'nd ed.
2.Solve lots of mock exams
3.Go back to these books and read them again
4.Solve the same mock exams. Multiply the results you get on the older versions of the mock exams(where you are not provided with how many options to select) by at least 1.3. Then you will get an approximate result for the real exam. IMHO the new exam is way easier than the many mock's available on the net.
5. Since there are things you learn only for the exam, you need not over study the subject. There are some nutty details that I already forgot about. What is important is to get a PASS, not a high score. This is my opinion.
Thanks again to everybody...
