I passed the SCJP2 a couple of weeks ago with a 94%(thanks Java Ranch) and am trying to figure out what to work on next.
I just got my CS degree and don't have allot of work experience. As such, I'm looking for a way to gain some more credibility and hopefully help me get hired for an entry level developer position.
What next step do you think will help me do this? SCJD, IBM XML Certification, starting JCert level 2, or something else? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Congratulation!!! Good Score :-)
I think you should go for SCWCD exam...it will help you to learn more about Java : Servlet, JSP...

Having done the SCJD, which meant learning much more than is probably useful about swing. I'd suggest that you give some thought to the Architect exams.
A lot depends on your java profiency, if low, as mine was, then SCJD, is probably worth suffering the swing to write some solid java code. There are numerous useful support sites about.
The downside of the Architect is finding out what is actually needed and getting started.
