How are the questions that have 1 or more answers, evaluated, when the answer is partially correct?
For eg: in the exam it said select 4 correct answers.
If I selected two correct do i get 1/2 points or zero points.
Thanks

No such luck! You either get the full point, or you don't. There's no partial score.

Yes. Actually, in exams like the developer exam, you can get partial credit. For the SCJP, it's all or nothing.

For multiple choice "checkbox" questions, the
exam question must state how many choices to
pick if there is more than one choice ( there
will be since it's a checkbox question ) (most practice exams don't do that ). You must get
all the answers correct. Getting 2 out of 3 -
close, but no cigar. You won't get credit
for that question.
