Hi All,
Most of you will be waiting for my experience in the SCWCD exam..here is what i did to get mine...
Preperations :
1. Servlet and JSP specification. Need to read some Servlet and JSP book, since the spec starts off with details without much basic ideas. So go through the basics by reading other books.
2. Java Servlet programming Jason Hunter. still need to read some chapters.
3. Java Server Pages by Hans Bergsten.
4. Java Server Programming J2EE edition Volume 1 by 19 authors. This is a must read book since it covers almost all exam topics. Read Chap 7 to 12.
5. Some mock tests on whizlabs, withmilk.com, and javaranch. Took these tests just 2 days before my exam.

Result :
71%
Mistakes and lessons learnt:
1. Didn't have proper sleep the night before and made silly mistakes in web.xml tags and some basics in custom tag usage questions.
2. Web.xml is important, dont skip the tags the which are mentioned in the objectives.
3. I feel 15 days is enough for the exm preperation if you are already in touch with J2EE
4. Read the API properly. Try to get the exact picture of classes and interfaces.
5. Specification is the bible. Dont skip them.
6. Exam is easy, if you know the basics. dont panic, the time is more than enough. I Did all my questions with in 45 minutes.
7. coming to the same point, have proper sleep and be cool.
Wish you all good luck.

What Next....???

BTW can u people please suggest me next hunt for certification. I have the following list....
1.Enterprise Connectivity Test (with Java 2 Enterprise Edition) - Test 483 (or Test 1H0-712)
2.IBM Certification in XML and Related Technologies Test 141
3.Object-Oriented Analysis and Design with UML - Test 486 (or 1H0-713 or 1D0-438)
4.Oracle JDeveloper (Rel. 2): Develop Database Applications with Java (1Z0-502) For Oracle Certified Solution Developer.
5.Introduction to Oracle: SQL and PL/SQL Exam# 1Z0-001.
6.Sun Certified Developer for iPlanet[tm] Application Server 6.0 or latest version.

Cheers
