Yesterday I cleared SCWCD with 84%.
Here is my suggestion for this test, if you don't have any experience with servlet and jsp before, just like me.
1. Buy "More Servlets and Java Server Pages" read and practice chapter 1,2,3,4,5,7,8. If you can't understand fully, just do these exercises one by one. Some basic concepts like session, context and ..., you don't need to understand these for the first time. DON'T TRY TO MASTER EVERYTHING CLEARLY FOR THE FIRST TIME.
Time needed is about three weeks to one month.
2. Buy " JWebplus " commercial mock tests, $35. Do
mock tests as soon as possible. So that you can find many aspects that are obscure for your understanding, then read book again and other study notes, specification. And go to bookstores to search books on a specific topic, read it there.
This will take three weeks.
3. One more word, "JWebplus" is really great, almost same as the real test. If you can understand every question, you can definitely pass the test.
Good luck to future test taker.

hello
i had already gone through all the above mentioned material .. but the problem is i never worked with more serious projects ..
only developed an intermediate level on -line store and other small things
so my question is whether ot nor practical exposure is necessary for taking the test or just strong theoritical background can get the reward .
