Hi,
I passed the SCJP2 with 81% yesterday.
The online exams and JQ+ help a lot. Javaranch provides an excellent forum for discussing doubts and tips related to the certifications.
So where do I go from here? I am a 21 year old Master's student and decided to give the SCJP2 so as to help me getting an internship. I hope this exam and all the time I spent on it amount to something concrete.
I still have a year to get my degree and the one thing I lack - is work experience. My idea behind giving this exam was to at least get me started with some sort of Java programming experience.
Right now I am in a bit of a quandry - should I go ahead and study for the next level - SCJD - will it help in getting an internship/job before I graduate next year?
