Thanks to all of you, especially who contributed to the SCJP forums. I have some recomendations: - tests by Dan Chisholm are great. They are a little more complex than the actual questions, but they helped me a lot. For example: the questions about unary operators where easy for me in the exam after taking the single topic tests in Dan's site. I took a couple of tests seriously and then I didn't care about the score but only analyzed the questions and played with the code looking for alternatives. Thanks Dan!!! - another good test for me was J@Whiz; you can download a trial version on J@Whiz it includes questions about assertions, and the complexity is similar to the actual test. Also it has a list of tips, that I found very useful. - I have some good summaries that I can e-mail upon request. It was a good experience for me. Now I have to find a job. Instead of mailing the summaries to all these people, how about posting them here? If they're good enough, maybe the JavaRanch folks could even give you a permanent page to hold them.

Great Ivette and thanx for the info. I am going through both JWhiz and Dan's exams. Please do mail me as well your summary notes. Do you have any idea of Upgrade Exam, to be launched in Sep by Sun for ppl who want to upgrade from 1.2 to 1.4?

Are you trying to access my site from behind a firewall? If so, then the firewall might be the problem. Have you tried connecting from home?
