I am delighted I have passed, this site really has been a great help, thanks to everyone. I also used J@Whiz1.4 and found it really useful. The exam had a lot of Thread questions (8 I think) and a few assert questions, you need to know when it is appropriate to use assert. Wrapper classes also featured a fair bit, as did the collection classes (you need to know which interfaces they implement)
The exam was not as nerve racking as I thought it was going to be - a lot of the questions had code but the code was not very long.
I have am a University student and have just finished a years work placement working as a java programmer - I studied for about 2 weeks before sitting the exam - I read the book 'Complete Java 2 Certification Study Guide' and completed loads of mock tests.
Good luck to everyone.
