I passed the SCWCD exam on last saturday. I was helped immensly by the nice folks and environment at JavaRanch. Thank you all.
Here is my feedback:
Material Used:-
SCWCD Exam Study Kit and jwebplus. Both are excellent resources for the exam.
All free mock exam available on the net. BTW, if you have jwebplus, you don't need to take jdiscuss.com exams as they have the same questions as in jwebplus.
Exam info:
It is much easier than SCJP 1.2 (I don't know abt 1.4 as I haven't taken it.)
Questions are based on basic things. No needlessly tricky questions. You must know ALL the tags occuring in the DD and given in the exam objectives. Specially the description tag (used in almost all the tags for description). They asked at least 3 question having different combination of this tag. Questions on other tags (such as the ones related to the security) were basic and you should be ok with the stuff covered in SCWCD kit.

I have passed my SCJP yesterday I am planning to take SCWD exam.AS Tracy mentioned about SCWD KIT AND Jwebplus.I will try to see what they are and where to find them.If i wont fidn them I will come back here to ask about them.
