Hi Guys,
Passed the exam yesterday, i started reviewing for the exam since June 2002 (off and on), i got tired of reviewing since my job always get on the way, so i decided to register for the exam .. one week before..... :-).
Here are my tips:
1. Get the copy of SCWCD exam kit by Manning.
2. JWebPlus - passed all the exam - mostly i only got 80%
3. While studying the SCWCD exam kit, supplement it with Velmurugan SCWCD notes and Alx Dark SCWCD notes.
4. Read the quick preparation guide of SCWCD exam kit by manning the night before the exam.
5. Register for the exam 1-2 weeks before - it will help you alot to be serious in reviewing for the exam :-).
6. Don't kill yourself in memorizing those API and DD, just a clear understanding will do.
7. Drink caffeinated drinks while reviewing and before the exam :-)
8. Have a good night sleep.
9. Arrive in the exam center 5-10 mins before the exam.
10. Javaranch is the best one stop center for Java Certification.
I don't have a prior experience in JSP and Servlet, currently i'm thinking to do some web app like mail2web.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Roy
