Just passed with 78%
I had about 6 months academic-project related java experience but that doesnt help very much in exam. Just decided one week ago to go for the certification and read the RH book (Sybex) once and just came to know about java ranch 36 hours before test. Tried to do some mocks at Dan Chisholm's website. Thanks Dan for the questions. You really worked hard on that!
Can anybody give me any opinion which certification to do next? (it can be other java also)

If you want to do some "real" design and programming
then why don't you go for the Sun Certified Java Developer (SCJD)? That's what I am doing. It has effectively no time limit or pressure, so you could in theory study for SCWCD in parallel
There is an excellent support group on JavaRanch for SCJD, and it has frequent appearances from one of the authors of this SCJD 1.4 book.
