I've come across a lot of things on the mock exams which weren't discussed in K&B's book. For those who have taken the exam and used K&B's book, did anything not discussed in the book show up on the exam? If most of what I know is from K&B's book will I do ok?
I found K&Bs book to be a great resource. I too found that other mock exams had questions that were not directly covered in the book, but I would consider those edge cases. I used the book's mock exams a lot before taking the exam and I scored a 91%.
I do agree, the K&B book is so close to the exam, and several other mock exams had questions not covered in the exam, such details. Man if you have studied with the K&B book you're in great shape believe me...
