I elected to take the test this week since I was working second shift and would have early day free for taking test. Only problem is that I'm not used to those hours and was in a bit of a fog. I guess turning the wrong way onto a familiar one way street should have been a clue.
In any case I passed with 84%, lower than I wanted, especially given the flurry of 85+% results in SCWCD Certification forum and here. I think I would have done a bit better if I'd been more awake but I've consistently scored 85 on the Deshmukh/Malavia mock tests so maybe not.
I'd really hoped and expected to do better so I'm a bit disappointed. On the other hand I'm quite happy to have passed and be done with it. Ilearned a lot doing it and that was my main purpose.
Thanks to the folks at the SCWCD certification forum, who I hope will read this. I posted it here rather than there per Ranch request but I'd have preferred to post it there since I think it's really most useful to users of that forum.
Advice on passing: Use the Deshmukh/Malavia book, take the mock tests and participate in the forum. The best way to see if you really know the stuff is to answer other's questions.
I didn't use the Ranch much for my SJCP certification and did so-so. But I did use it for this one and I'm sure I did much better thanks to it.
Best,
Ken

Congratulations Ken. Well done!!!
Your knowledge demonstrated through the SCWCD forum shows a good grasp of the subject.

Thanks Amer!
I'm sorry I didn't start trying to answer questions on the SCWCD forum earlier than I actually did because I found it a very good way to test my knowledge. And of course I'm happy to be helpful.
I also learned a lot from your many posts there. I'm sure they've been quite helpful to many SCWCD aspirants.
Thanks again,

Ken
