Thanks Ken!
Basically in page
http://suned.sun.com/US/certification/register/policies.html (Policies and Agreements) Sun has a Candidate Pretest Agreement (sample).
Please note the following excerpt from it, where it is clearly stated that one may take the exam even if one answers negatively to the questions of whether one wants Sun to use one's personal data or share it with other companies in order for them to send one product announcements and the such. Could be that B. Karakala and myself got the strange message at the end exactly because of this reason. Seems to me like a bug in the testing software, whereby it checks the answers to questions 3 and 4 and, even though they do not (and should not) affect one's taking the test, it construes them as meaning non-acceptance of the non-disclosure agreement (!), which results in popping up the scary (and erroneous) message.
I will certainly contact SunEd about this issue to ask them have this bug fixed, to spare more people from the anguish caused by the popping-up of this message!
Cheers,
Panagiotis.
