I used the Bates/Sierra study guide. I gave myself a leisurely 3 months or so to prepare, but I wanted to really let stuff sink in. I made a schedule and stuck to it. I completed all the chapters, reviewed them and then started doing practice tests. I didn't turn into a total Java maniac until the last couple of weeks. Some of the practice tests are harder than the real test turned out to be, but I'm glad I did them!
I'm glad to have this behind me, but I will miss those cows. They're just so darn cute. Now all I need is a job.......
Thanks to all who contribute to this site. It's been very helpful.

Peggy -
Great score!
Thanks for using our book, why don't you stick around the ranch? You might just find your job networking here!
