Hi all,
Though I was hoping for more. But I guess it is o.k. However, I got 100% on Threads, Collections, GC, and Polymorphism (overriding etc). That is where I worked hard. I was dinged on stuff like operators and assignments etc.
Moving to Java and programming in general was a big change for me. So it took me time.
My impression is that exam is not that difficult as I thought it was. However, questions on Threads were really tricky.
My 2 cents worth advice for SCJP aspirants will be to practice actual programming to itch in all turns and corners of this language. Of course you need to read K&B and take mock exam. Whiz lab was a good bargain.
And above all Thanks to all of you have are ever present to help all of us out. THANK YOU.
My next goal is to take Web Component exam.
Thanks
Barkat

-- but I'm moving this to the Sun Certification Results forum like the big red letters on the front of the Programmer's cert forum says.

Congratulations Barkat. Good for you, 100% on threads. I know you worked hard to learn threads.
