hello friends,I passed SCJP1.4 today.
I am gald to say this.......,But bit disappointed with the score ..
Thanks to all javaranch people
Thanks for Dan mock exam
This is my section analysis
Declarations and Access Control --------------------------------87%
Flow Control,Assertion and Exception Handling-------------------66%
Garbage Collection ---------------------------------------------33%
Language Fundaments --------------------------------------------100%
Operators and Assignments ---------------------------------------75%
Overloading,Overriding,Runtime Type and Object Orientation-------83%
Threads ---------------------------------------------------------75%
Fundamental Class in the java.lang package ----------------------100%
The Collections FrameWork ---------------------------------------100%
The GC is very difficult to make, it will give your some codes and ask when the object is eligible for garbage collection. Now I found that Dan mock exam is very useful to train exam, but no chance now!
About fundamental class in java.lang and collections Framework is easy to get all,if you train all mock exam of Dan about these two chapters.
About Thread, fundamental questions will also be given, but the test will give you some code to ask you which is the correct output, and the setDaemon() method is very important.
About assertion and OOP, since my english in not good, I could not know what it is said very well, but I think that it is not very difficult.
The most difficult chapter is Thread, about 10 questions will be asked.
thanks evey one
