SCWCD Certificate not mailed after more than 2 months

Hi all
I cleared SCWCD in 18th of December 2003 and by checking the fulfillment history in Sun's website I can see that my certificate (Processed, Created) in 21th of December but not mailed till now.
I opened an incident in 12-th of Feb and another one before two days.
I sent an email to [e-mail] on 18-th of Feb.
But till now still no reply and nothing changed in my history.
So can someone please advice me what to do or how long to wait.

Hi Alexan,
It usually takes about 2 weeks within US and 4-6 weeks outside of US depending on which part of the world you live in.
You can also try sending mail to [e-mail]. It might help.

Still no reply from Sun.
Almost 3 months for passing SCWCD.
Anyone had the same delay to get the certificate?

If the certificate has been "Processed", it has already been mailed.

I took my SCWCD in Feb and I received the certification kit in less than two weeks based on the processed date.

Yes. My SCJD certificate has just been processed after waiting for more than two mths. But only SCJD and SCEA candidates are affected due to the introducing of new i-7 database.
Most likely your certification package has been lost during the delivery process. I would suggest you report to [e-mail]. You may have to wait for a while for their reply.

Thank you for your detailed reply but are you sure that when the fulfillment history shows "Processed" so it is mailed?
Because my SCJP fulfillment shows only "Mailed" which I already recieved after 3 weeks of taking the exam.
But my SCJP was on 12 Aug 2003 and that time the certmanager.net was different.
So may be changing their system caused some confusion.

I was confused at the beginning too. I thought there should be a "Mail" status same as my SCJP. But...

Same as you, I received my SCJP certificate before the i-7 database was introduced. And in the i-7 database, the status for SCJP is "Mailed". But for certificates sent out after i-7 database was introduced, there're only two status: Created and Processed.
