Wrong mailing address

Hello All,
I did my SCJP exam on the 20th of February. I am from Sri Lanka.I only logged in to the certMnager.net site last 4th of March. In my personal information section,the country of mine is stated as Chile, instead of Sri Lanka. I am not sure whether my certification has already been posted or not, I tried to contact prometric, but still they did not reply. So please tell me what to do.
In the cerManager.net site,there is a link 'create shipping label', do I have to submit my address using this link in order to get my certificate or what is this link for?
Please do tell me what are the other things that I have to do in that site.

I am not sure whether my certification has already been posted or not

Go to CertManager->History, check if the certification kit has been processed. If "Processed", the certification kit has been sent out.
E.g.
Sun Certified Java Programmer for the Java 2 Platform 1.4 : Processed

I tried to contact prometric, but still they did not reply.

You're not alone. Quite a number of people havn't received their replies from Sun (on other issues).

In History->Update Personal Info, I believe you can update your mailing address over there.
I just updated my phone number but in the Prometric.com database and the changes reflected in the CertManager database. But I believe you still have to ask [e-mail] to resend your certificate and this is not a problem.

Thank you so much for the very descriptive reply. It is really nice to see a very understandable answer.
I went to the site and fortunately or unfortunately they have posted the welcome kit on the 22nd of February(2 days after my exam), Ok I am really confused and sad, this is some thing that I have been waiting for a long time.
Only the name of my country is different. But the phone number and all the other things contain the Sri Lanka code. Even the Exam center is specified correctly.
What do you think, will I get the certificate or not. Please do tell me a Phone number of Prometric, so that I can give them a call and tell my problem.

but In My Case Address Mentioned Was Just A City Name...

you Seems To Be Got D your Cerificate Within Few Days ...

but Even After Chengiing The Address ...I Havent Got It ...Its Been 2 Months....

So Tell Me...What Was D Address on your Parcel...Or One Dats Changed by you Second Time
