Today I passed the SCBCD exam with 98%
The only error was most probably a question about transaction management that contained an image that was completely unreadable
. It was like a deja-vu as I also scored 98% in
SCJP a few months ago (and in between I also got
SCJD).
I studied every evening of last week and whole last weekend. I went through the Head First
EJB book once and used Mikalai Zaikin's SCBCD Study guide (very good!).
Furthermore, I took the mock exams on ejbcertificate.com and jdiscuss.com. (the real exam was be easier that these mocks)
I also tried the first exam of the INESystems mock exams but threw that away when I saw 'their version of the spec' allows one to use a finder to get a reference to a session bean.
I guess I have to finish my
SCEA now. I passed part I about a year ago, but because I do not like the assignment I still didn't complete it...
