On May 31 I passed SCBCD with 82% Ooops, missed 12 questions. Not bad though, it took only 1 hour.

Today finally I got SCJD srore report : 379 / 400.

Denis-
Congrats on a great job done

Those are 2 certifications I am looking to take too. How long did it take you to complete each one? It will also be great to read any preparation tips that you might have.

Hi Arun

It took about a month to prepare for SCBCD. I used:
1. Specs.
2. http://java.boot.by/bcd-guide/
3. Mock exams on jdiscuss.com, ejbcertificate.com.

As to SCJD, I read book by Alain Trottier (although my advice is to use some other book) and got great help on JavaRanch
Programming/documentation/testing took about three weeks.

Dr. Denis-
Thanks for the info. Wow, you are amongst the minority of people who cleared SCBCD w/o HF EJB. And just 3 weeks for SCJD is
