it was with a surprise that i got the score sheet which said 100% on all the categories. It was a nice feeling.
I used Head first book. Many thanx to kathy s and bert bates for a great book. I like their concept of pictures etc very good for keeping your attention when on the tube !!
I used the specs as well and the SOFtSCBCd simulator. The simulator didnt have any drag and drop questions , which i think they should build in.
Bit irritated with D&d drop questions in the exam as i couldnt review my answers without wiping them off.
I would advise others preparing to start doing mock exams early. If they can manage to score 90+ , then they are ready.
thanx to the forum guys for good tips about simulators and mock questions.

Congrats, 100% is phenominal! I'm sure even some employees at Sun who work on Java might miss a question or two.

thanx bert ,. I must admit i was preparing for this exam for a while, but it was off and on as i changed jobs while preparing , moved homes etc. However i think i prepared a total of around 2 months. I read the Head first book around 1.5 times , 1 time from end to end and the .5 times only the bits i wasnt too comfortable about. Between the 1st and .5 reading of hf , i read the specs , i picked and chose what to read from the specs, did mock exams etc.

Good Milind
U r the Anil Kumble of SCBCD(Anil Kumble took the maximum 10 wickets in an innings which is the most any bowler can get).

Happy for U

Congrats Milind,

Perfect score ...

I need a bit of urgent help and am writing to all the top scorers like you.

As I didnt get time to go through all the specs, after HFEJB I am looking at MZaikins notes (Which I find are quite good).

Can you please go down the memory lane and tell me if there are any topics in particular which have not been covered in HFEjb.

Thanks a lot,

Raj
