I cleared SCBCD with a score of 72%
Since there are not much of Mock Exams available in market and neither there are any good books published so far so only medium of preparation is left on EJB Specs and Whizlabs Mock Exam
I feel that without Whizlabs Mock exam passing the test can be a hereculean task and I am of the view that Whizlabls Mock Exam contains 70% of the questions that are to be asked in real exam and their authors must have aceess to last 10 SCBCD exams
Good work Whizlabs and good work Java Ranch for letting me know where EJB Specs are and where mock exams (if any) were available

I had limited budgets and I had to choose either of the book you mentioned or Whizlabs
So I went for whizlabs coz they helped in knowing my weaknesses

Then I guess this isn't quite what you meant?

neither there are any good books published so far

FYI, Mastering EJB is available in PDF for free download from theserverside.com. 3rd edition just became available over there (EJB 2.1), but 2nd edition is still available. Link is on the javaranch SCBCD links page.

Congrats! Quite an achievement with your limited resources.

Congratulations Gaurav!!!

I would like to say that for the money you spend on whizlabs(it is very costly i guess), if you spend on Head First EJB and softSCBCD mock exam(just $15) you would have got much better score like 90+.

Vathia
I appreciate your view but all matters is win or loss
and if win is 100% guaranteed then we shall go for it
and thats why I opted whizlabs
