Here is my result:

Declaration and Access Control - 100%
Flow Control, Assertions, and Exception Handling - 100%
Garbage Collection - 66%
Language Fundamentals - 90%
Operators and Assignments - 87%
Overloading, Overriding, Runtime type and Object Orientation - 83% :-(
Threads - 87%
Fundamental Classes in java.lang package - 83%
The collection framework - 100%

I answered 6 questions wrong :-(
But I am wondering what questions did I do wrong? Could anybody please tell me if there is any way to see question wise evaluation may be on Sun's website or may be on propmetic's website.. or center's websiste!

Thanks

Anand

I made one mistake, would like to sahre:

I completed all questions in about 1 hour 20 minutes.. after that I reviewed the ones which I had marked as 'Marked'. And then I cliked on End button. I still had 30 minutes remaining, I could have reviewed all questions, and may be this attempt could have corrected my 6 wrong answers!

Hi Nag,

Though I started my preparation from Khalid Mughal and later I bought K&B too but never got chance to even start reading it as I got busy with giving mock exams. It depends that you are experienced java programmer or naive java learner. The head first java by K&B is I guess for naive java learner where as khalid mughal is quick learning. The K&B book is funny & interesting while reading where as Khalid is a sincere book!

Also, if you are in hurry of getting certified (which I am sure you are) go for Khalid Mughal, finish it in 2 weeks, then give lots and lots of mock exams (minimum 1200-1500 questions) in 2-3 weeks and then appear in exam and get more than 95% guaranteed !

But in my opinion definitely no need to waste time in reading 2 books, read one of them. What really matters is how many mock exams you give before actual exam. Here is list of mock exams:
