Yesterday I passed the SCJP with 95% with 58 questions correct out of 61.

The Kathey Sierra book helped me a lot in preparing the exam. Also the Dan Chisholm question bank(http://danchisholm.net/july21/topic/index.html) is very good. I would say these two are sufficient to get 100% score.

Best of luck to everybody.

Best wishes.
Saurabh Mishra.

Congrats!!!

I'm following those 2 exactly what U mentioned in the mail.
I'm planning to take up the exam next week.
I've 1 question...
Are Dan Chisholm questions tougher than the Original exam?
I just need a clarification regarding this.

Thanks in Advance

Dan Chisholm's question are a little tougher than the actual exam questions. But they are really good for conceptual knowledge.

Yes, Dan's questions are tougher than the actual exam questions. In fact, if u want to score 100%. Do the following steps:
a) Try to score 100% in the javaranch rules round up. This is Very Important as 70% of the real exam questions will be like that.
b) Then finish KS (Kathey Sierra). The questions in this book are almost similar to the real exam. In fact, it looks likes few questions were as it is from this book.
c) Then finally work out Dan's questions. The explainations of the answer are really really good.

And finally, before taking the exam, it is a must to go though the 2 minute drill in KS book and Javaranch rules round up. This will make sure u will get above 90% if not 100%.

thanks and best wishes.
