Hi,

I checked the certification manager and it shows that I passed SCJD exam. Here are my scores:

Overall Score: 350/400
General Considerations (maximum = 100): 98
Documentation (maximum = 70): 69
O-O Design (maximum = 30): 29
GUI (maximum = 40): 31
Locking (maximum = 80): 44
Data store (maximum = 40): 39
Network server (maximum = 40): 40

I am really happy that I passed but I also wonder why they took off one or two points in some categories. Also, the 44/80 score for locking seems to be a mystery (from reading other results).

Well done!!!

What's next?

In addition to K&B, you might consider Max's book: SCJD with J2SE 1.4

Next is SCBCD 1.3 and then SCEA. That should keep me busy for a while.
